Perron turns every train station into something to catch. Reach one and it's inked into your passport as a stamp — and the rarer the station, the rarer the catch. While you're standing there, a live, anonymous chat opens with everyone else on the platform.

iPhone is on the App Store. Android is not on the Play Store yet — the link above joins the internal test, so you will be asked to opt in first. It is a real build, and the feedback is the point.

Fill your passport

Every station you reach is inked as a postmark stamp, graded by how rare it is — from the everyday stops to the iconic flagship stations at the top of the grade. Fill your passport, climb the traveller ranks, keep a daily streak alive, and when the collection looks good, share it as a picture.

Only while you're there

Perron is location-based on purpose. You chat, ask and post only while you're physically at a station — step onto the platform and the room opens; walk away and it closes behind you. Every conversation stays local and in-the-moment. Perron runs on the Dutch rail network.

What you can do

• Station chat — talk to everyone at your station about delays, platforms, or nothing in particular.
• Train rooms — the room follows your train and rides along for the whole journey.
• Disruption rooms — when things go wrong, a room opens so stranded travellers can sort it out together.
• Station wall — leave a note that fades on its own, or post to lost & found.
• Live departures — real-time times, delays and platforms, on a board you can pin to your home screen.
